- Photo #1 November 2008 Colorado Springs was the site of a RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Round Table Event. These events took place from coast to coast in major cities, as a forum for stagers to discuss our business with our peers. When Cheryl heard that only Denver would be a host city for Colorado, she quickly got permission to host an event for the 75+ stagers in Colorado Springs!
Photo #2 Many clients ask where the items that are sometimes brought into a home are stored. Some stagers maintain a "mini warehouse", as Cheryl does, to store accessories, greenery and small furniture.
Photo #3 Cheryl is available to do live presentations for Real Estate offices, or display static boards with information about staging, redesign, and related topics, or a combination as featured in this photo.
- Photo #4 Cheryl is a published author! Who Moved my Furniture?! is a compilation of stories from stagers who received their certification from Sandy Dixon of Interior Arrangements. Sandy is the Executive Director of Interior Redesign Industry Specialists, or IRIS, the national organization for redesigners, often featured on HGTV. Cheryl has 2 offerings in the book!
- Photo #5 It's not all fun and games, but it is mostly fun! As with nearly every stager, Cheryl LOVES her job, which includes some shopping!
- Photo #6 IRIS held their annual national convention in September '09 in Denver! Cheryl attended as many info packed training sessions as the day allowed. Many sessions were booked beyond capacity!
Re:Fresh Re:Design pricing for staging occupied and vacant homes is based on square footage. There are variables that can raise the price, but the base price is $200 for up to 2000 sq. ft.
Vacant properties have variables to consider such as whether or not the homeowner has suitable furnishings that can be left in the home for the duration of the staging, or if they plan to use rental furniture, or choose vignette staging.
Vignette staging is an option that does not require anything of the homeowner and begins at $350 for up to 2000 sq. ft.
Accent staging is available for as low as $200, for up to 2000 sq. ft. and can be outlined in a free preview.
Redesign pricing is based on an hourly rate, call for details, I have specials often, and also offer consultations.
The first step of an occupied or vacant staging is the free preview. I will meet with the homeowner and review what needs to be accomplished before I return to do the actual staging.
The day of the staging, there will be a whirlwind of activity! A 2000 sq. ft house generally takes 3 to 4 hours and each additional 500 sq. ft. adds approximately an hour.
For a vacant property where the homeowner has supplied furniture, or when rental furniture has been arranged for, art, accessories and soft goods may be brought in to supplement.
Vignette and Accent staging will be completely supplied by Re:Fresh Re:Design.
